Do I need access to a gym?+

No, I can provide you home workouts with minimal equipment. I design programmes around what you have access to, time and equipment. During the intake, I'll take in everything I need to know to build a truly personalised plan.

What happens after I pay to sign up?+

After payment, I'll reach out to you via email within 24 hours to schedule your onboarding call. You will need to fill in a form beforehand so we make the best use of the call. We'll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, then I'll build your personalised programme. You'll get access to your training plan, nutrition targets, and the app where we'll track your progress and stay in touch with check-ins.

How much time will I need?+

For workouts, 2 x 30 minutes. We will increase steps and nutrition depends. What I will say is often you aren't lacking actual time, but energy and focus in the right areas. By taking care of your health you might find you have more time.

Will I have to give up wine, chocolate, etc.?+

No, I like to keep plans flexible as it helps with long term adherence. Who wants to eat chicken and broccoli for every meal!? We make it as enjoyable as possible so you stick to it whilst being realistic about goals and getting to them!

How are check-ins done?+

You decide how we do them on the intake form, based on what works best for you. Some like a voice note every few days, could be a weekly video, could be more message or text based to read over. You let me know how you like to be contacted—like I say it's personalised!
